This early Yorkton home, built by J.A.M. and Sadie Patrick, has been restored and renovated to provide guests with a memorable and restful stay on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Yorkton.

Patrick Place invites guests to enjoy the reading room at the front of the house; the comfortable living room with fireplace, the garden, Shaw Park across the street...and, of course, the room of your choice.

Each room has tea and coffee facilities, television and VCR, private telephones with computer modem connections, and private ensuite bathrooms. Guests may use the off-street parking (with plug-ins for winter use).

And after a good night's rest, pull up a chair at the dining room table to start your day with a hearty and wholesome breakfast.

Looking for a quiet, secluded place to have a small business meeting or group retreat? Patrick Place's living and dining rooms are available for daytime meetings with beverage and food service.
